Situated ¾ mile off the main Blackpool to Lancaster road (A588) at Cockerham and within easy reach of the M6, it has breathtaking views over the Pennines and Cumbrian Hills.
A very warm welcome awaits you at this modern farmhouse, fully central heated with a visitors' lounge and a dining room.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Every room has a colour television and tea / coffee making facilities. All rooms are non-smoking. Laundry facilities are available, there is also a games room with a pool table.
Included in the price is a full traditional English breakfast and we also offer a continental breakfast. Evening meals, packed lunches and flask refills are available upon request. Please advise us if you require an alternative i.e. vegetarian.
If walking is your pleasure, there's plenty of walks nearby, mapped walks available on request. Other facilities include a coarse fishing lake (daily minimum charge). There are self-catering holiday cottages and a touring caravan site. 2 golf courses are within 15 minutes reach.
